My first months in PEUGEOT are spent selling used cars in the French city of Marseilles.
Following that first sales experience, I supported sales and service in the PEUGEOT dealership in Toulouse (France). Living with salespeople and customers is an eye-opener on the challenges and requirements of a customer-based approach.
In 1994, at the age of 26, I take in charge a used car sales center dedicated to sales to professionals with a team of 5. We will sell more than 5000 cars yearly in B to B sales.
In 1996, in the same organization, I lead a team that will implement for this business division a new sales channel through internet auctions. With this very successful innovation, PEUGEOT was years ahead of its competitors.
