This might be said right now: I am not always fair because perfect justice does not exist in the world of management. But I aspire to it, I try and I fight on occasions with myself to try to take decisions in the fairest way.
Justice is about listening to everyone, and then take a decision that we estimate as the fairest without getting influenced by those who talk the best or who scream the loudest.
