I was working with swepro for a few years when the owners of the firm proposed to me to work 100% of my time for them by building and managing the Central European subsidiaries.
Swepro sells very innovative products to the manufacturing industry: air nozzles and pneumatic tools. Committing to swepro was a personal challenge for me since I needed to familiarize myself with an environment that was relatively new to me.
After setting up the Polish subisidiary, I manage and develop our business and revenues in Slovakia and the Czech Republic.
I work with some ten young salespeople, some of whom are already talented professionals.
In a way, it is a return to the field for me. Just where I started my professional adventure.
